Conrad Hotel Roof Deck

CRDG collaborated with the Puccini Group out of San Francisco to develop a structure that could provide protection from the sun and rain for the Noyane Roof Deck at the Conrad Hotel.

We selected ShadeFX as the vendor of the retractable system and worked with them to finalize details. The structure also allowed for gas heaters and lighting.

CBRE lead the redevelopment with Clayco as the general contractor. The steel members were mobilized via helicopter due to the sizes being too large for the elevator. All pieces were assembled and secured onsite.
