Shared Terrace Reimagined
The CRDG Team worked with the property manager and board vice president to bring new life to a smaller, existing terrace that is shared by all residents in the building. Shade and grilling areas were top priorities, followed by custom furniture and soft landscape touches.
The custom steel and aluminum shade structure covers three seating areas over a raised ipe deck, while two contrasting tile colors fill the remainder of the space.
The new terrace allows for multiple groups of residents to gather and get outside within their own building.
