Our advanced waterproofing systems use liquid-applied PMMA and polyurethane membranes that cure into seamless, fully-bonded barriers—no seams to fail, no adhesive to deteriorate. We apply reinforced glass fiber layers at critical transitions, drains, and penetrations where most waterproofing systems eventually leak. These cold-applied systems bond directly to concrete, plywood, and metal substrates without the fire hazards of torch-down applications.
The result is a monolithic waterproofing envelope with the elasticity to handle Chicago's 100-degree temperature swings while maintaining watertight integrity for 25 years or more. Self-healing membrane technologies can even repair minor punctures autonomously, giving you protection that actually improves the value proposition of your rooftop investment.
