We install integrated drainage systems using corrugated trough panels or membrane-and-gutter assemblies that capture water at joist level and channel it to perimeter collection gutters. The system pitches precisely toward downspouts that connect to your building's drainage infrastructure. For finished ceiling applications, the drainage layer sits above a ceiling system that creates a clean, finished appearance while maintaining full water protection.
The result effectively doubles your outdoor living space: usable deck above, protected patio or storage below.
