A deck without lighting is unusable after sunset—or worse, unsafe with dark stairs and invisible edges. Proper lighting transforms your outdoor space for evening entertaining, creates ambiance for quiet nights, and ensures safe movement across steps and level changes. The goal is layered illumination: task lighting where you cook, ambient glow where you relax, and subtle path lighting throughout.
We design with low-voltage LED systems that use 75% less energy than incandescent and last 25,000+ hours without replacement. Fixtures tuck into post caps, step risers, railing profiles, and under-bench recesses—invisible by day, beautiful at night. Smart transformers enable voice control and phone-app scheduling: set scenes for dinner parties, automate sunset-to-midnight operation, or change color temperature for different moods.
Critical difference: we wire during construction, not after. Conduit runs through posts and framing before they're covered, connections hide inside structures, and transformers mount in accessible but concealed locations. No exposed cables, no afterthought junction boxes, no "good enough" installations that show their wiring.
