Today's families want open layouts where cooking, dining, and living flow together. A kitchen addition or expansion creates that space, whether through a rear bump-out, annexing an adjacent room, or removing walls to connect existing areas.
Kitchen expansions require careful structural work. Load-bearing walls can't simply be removed—they need properly engineered beams and columns to carry roof and floor loads. We assess existing framing, design steel or laminated beam solutions, and execute the structural modifications before any finishing begins. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC extend into the new footprint with capacity for island installations and additional appliances.
