The roof itself can feature asphalt shingles matched to your house, standing seam metal for contemporary style, or cedar shakes for rustic character. Finished ceilings allow ceiling fans, proper lighting, and sound systems to be integrated cleanly.
On rooftops, pavilions and gazebos require engineering for Chicago wind loads and structural connections that transfer those forces safely to the building below. Our in-house fabrication means custom sizing—not kit dimensions—and construction methods matched to rooftop conditions.
